# WideVan > WideVan is delivery management software for van fleets. Operators can start using it the same day they sign up — no installation or implementation project. It plans routes around real-world constraints (traffic, time windows, vehicle size, congestion and emission zone charges), shows every van live on a map, and records tamper-resistant proof of delivery (photo, signature, time and GPS location) on every drop. It also covers warehouse stock scanning and driver safety (in-app SOS, incident reporting, pre-departure vehicle checks). WideVan Pte. Ltd. was founded in 2025 and is headquartered in Singapore. Domain: widevan.com. Contact: hello@widevan.com. ## Key facts - Onboarding: most operators go live the same day; setup is typically completed within an afternoon. Drivers install the app and sign in with a PIN. - Order intake: manual entry, spreadsheet/CSV import, or automatic sync from an online shop (Shopify). REST API and webhooks on the Multi-depot plan. - Route planning: incorporates live and historical traffic, customer time windows, vehicle height/weight/length, and congestion or low-emission zone charges to avoid "false savings". - Live tracking: all vans on one map with per-drop status, so customer enquiries are answered without calling the driver. - Proof of delivery: photo, signature, timestamp and GPS location captured together; ordinary accounts cannot edit or delete records. Works offline and syncs when signal returns. - Warehouse: scan goods in/out, track bin locations, record cut roll lengths and partials as real quantities, handle returns. - Driver safety: SOS dials the correct local emergency number; incident reports for legal record-keeping; logged pre-departure vehicle checks. - Plans: Starter (single-van pilot, up to 2 drivers), Growing (up to 10 drivers, adds warehouse control, returns, shop sync, vehicle checks), Multi-depot (unlimited drivers, multiple depots, geofencing, API/SSO, priority support). All plans include a 14-day free trial with no card required. - Data and security: customer-selected data region (Singapore or EU); TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest; daily backups; WideVan acts as data processor (GDPR / Singapore PDPA) with a data processing agreement; CSV export of all data on every plan. ## Pages - [Home](https://widevan.com/): Overview of the platform, route-cost comparison, live fleet view, pricing and first FAQs - [Platform](https://widevan.com/features/): Intake, route planning, live tracking, proof of delivery, warehouse stock control, driver safety - [Driver app](https://widevan.com/drivers/): What drivers see; PIN sign-in, offline mode, proof capture, scanning, SOS and vehicle checks - [Integrations](https://widevan.com/integrations/): Shopify sync, spreadsheet/CSV import, manual entry, REST API and webhooks, CSV export - [Pricing](https://widevan.com/pricing/): Starter, Growing and Multi-depot plans, trial terms and billing questions - [FAQ](https://widevan.com/faq/): Setup time, driver training, offline signal handling, proof integrity, data storage, GDPR, export - [Security](https://widevan.com/security/): Encryption, data residency, access control, immutable proof records, audit log, responsible disclosure - [About](https://widevan.com/about/): Company background, founding in 2025, Singapore headquarters, principles - [Contact](https://widevan.com/contact/): Email addresses, support hours and contact form - [Start free trial](https://widevan.com/start/): 14-day trial signup ## Legal - [Privacy policy](https://widevan.com/privacy/): Controller/processor roles, data collected, legal bases, location tracking, storage regions, retention, rights - [Terms of use](https://widevan.com/terms/): Accounts, plans and billing, acceptable use, proof-of-delivery records, routing data, liability, governing law (Singapore) - [Cookie policy](https://widevan.com/cookies/): Strictly necessary and consent-based first-party analytics cookies; no advertising cookies ## Optional - [Sitemap](https://widevan.com/sitemap.xml): XML sitemap with last-modified dates - [Robots](https://widevan.com/robots.txt): Crawler directives
