Company
WideVan was founded in Singapore in 2025 by operators who were tired of implementation projects that outlasted the contracts they were meant to serve.
Fleet software has traditionally arrived with a consultant, a six-week rollout and a training deck. Meanwhile the vans still had to go out at seven. We wanted the opposite: sign up in the morning, plan routes at lunch, watch the first proof of delivery land before the school run.
That means fewer settings, honest routing that counts zone charges and vehicle size, and proof records that nobody can quietly tidy up after the fact.
Principles
If a feature needs an implementation project, it is not finished yet.
A route is only cheaper if it is cheaper after tolls, zones and the height of the van.
Proof of delivery is locked at the moment it is taken. Disputes end with the record.
