How WideVan protects your data, your drivers' data and the proof-of-delivery records your business relies on.
All traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest, including proof photos, is encrypted with AES-256. Backups are encrypted and taken daily.
Choose Singapore or the European Union at signup. Your data is stored and processed in that region and is not moved without your written agreement.
Owner, dispatcher, warehouse and driver roles. Drivers see only their own route. SSO is available on Multi-depot plans.
Proof-of-delivery records are write-once. Ordinary accounts cannot edit or delete them; owner annotations are kept separately with their own audit trail.
Sign-ins, exports, plan changes and record annotations are logged with actor, time and IP, and are exportable.
Redundant infrastructure across zones, monitored around the clock. We target 99.9% monthly availability outside announced maintenance.
If you believe you've found a vulnerability, email security@widevan.com. We acknowledge reports within two business days and do not pursue researchers acting in good faith.
We use a small number of infrastructure, payment and email providers. A current list, with regions, is available on request and included in the data processing agreement.
WideVan acts as a processor for the data you hold about drivers and recipients. We support access, correction and deletion requests, and comply with Singapore's PDPA and the EU GDPR. See the privacy policy.
